Ziel dieser Untersuchung ist es, Pemphigus unter dem Gesichtspunkt der Problematisierung der Beziehungen von Macht/Wahrheit und Subjektivierung zu analysieren, die Modalitäten der Erfahrung hervorbringen, die das Subjekt von sich selbst macht. Die Untersuchung wurde anhand der genealogischen Bezüge von Michel Foucault und des Konzepts der kartografischen Spuren/Linien von Gilles Deleuze durchgeführt. Aus der Perspektive einer Ästhetik der sozialen und krankenhausspezifischen Existenz wurden die kartografischen Spuren entlang zweier Linien abgegrenzt: die Problematisierung von Pemphigus als einer chronischen Krankheit, die von einem biomedizinischen Diskurs ausgetragen wird, und die Diskussion der Gesundheitspolitik und ihrer Auswirkungen auf die Pflegepraxis. Das Forschungsproblem ergibt sich aus der Erfahrung der Autorin als Krankenschwester in einem Referenzkrankenhaus für Pemphigus oder Wildfire Care (im Volksmund bekannt). Pemphigus ist bekanntlich eine chronische, autoimmune, blasenbildende Hautkrankheit, deren Behandlung verschiedene Aspekte des Lebens des Patienten erheblich beeinflusst. Und gerade im Bereich der Beziehungen und Bedeutungen wird diese Studie reflektieren, da die Erfahrungen mit Pemphigus eine Politik darstellen, die Diskurse produziert, die dem Leben, dem Körper und der Haut eingeschrieben sind.
