Patoiseries de La Soutrane (nom marchois de La Souterraine, Creuse), publi� � l'origine en 1944, constitue l'un des plus longs et des plus anciens ouvrages �crits dans l'un des parlers du nord-ouest de la Creuse. Il s'agit d'une tr�s importante ressource concernant le marchois, et plus g�n�ralement les parlers du Croissant (aire de transition entre les parlers d'oc, ou occitan, et les parlers d'o�l). L'ouvrage peut ainsi �tre mis en perspective avec la litt�rature de terroir, mais aussi avec la litt�rature en occitan limousin. Ce recueil fournit de pr�cieuses informations sur les parlers marchois du milieu du XXe si�cle. Cette nouvelle �dition propose aussi une traduction en fran�ais, une introduction d�taill�e, ainsi qu'une transcription de trois textes en graphie occitane adapt�e. En outre, plusieurs textes ont �t� enregistr�s dans le cadre d'une �mission de la radio RMJ de Magnac-Laval (Haute-Vienne), et sont propos�s librement en ligne.

About The Author

Remy Marcel: - Marcel Rémy (1917-1997) a grandi dans la région de La Souterraine (Creuse). Professeur agrégé de lettres modernes, il enseigne dans différents lycées (Rabat, Sceaux, Valence, Antibes, Nice). Dans les années 1940, il se rend régulièrement à La Souterraine où il collecte les Patoiseries, auprès de sa famille et d'amis. Maximilien Guérin est docteur en Sciences du Langage de l'Université Sorbonne Nouvelle. Il travaille essentiellement sur les langues romanes et africaines. Depuis 2016, il est membre du projet de recherche Les parlers du Croissant et oeuvre, dans ce cadre, à la documentation, à la description et à l'étude de ces parlers.
