Oft bemühen sich jedoch die aufgeschlossenen Entscheidungsträger in Handel und Industrie um die nötigen Kenntnisse, damit sie mehr oder weniger gut strukturierte Probleme mit Hilfe des PCs in eine Lösung umsetzen können. Dieses Buch will helfen, diese Lücken zu schlie en, indem es PC-gestützte Lösungen unter Einsatz einer Vielzahl von Managementtechniken mit Hilfe gängiger PC-Softwareprodukte entwickelt und veranschaulicht.
