Kenneth M. Nowack, PhD, is a licensed psychologist and president and senior research officer at Envisia Learning. For more than 30 years, he has developed, validated, and published assessments, surveys, simulations, and other tools for global organizations in the public and private sectors. Ken publishes, teaches, and consults on topics ranging from 360-degree feedback, leadership/team development, to behavioral medicine and health psychology.
