Das grundlegende Problem besteht darin, dass dieses Unternehmen immer sehr hierarchisch mit einem Autokraten an der Spitze und mit wenig Agilität und Veränderungsbereitschaft geführt wurde. Der neue Geschäftsführer bringt neue Innovationsfähigkeit und Idee in das Unternehmen ein und möchte vor allem ein "Positives Management" etablieren, um eine Neuausrichtung des Unternehmens zu unterstützen. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, den künftigen Gesellschaftern die Wichtigkeit des Wohlbefindens von Mitarbeitern und die Vorteile einer Einführung eines "Positiven Managements-Konzeptes" darzustellen und sie für den Wandel zu begeistern. Langfristig soll das ehemalige traditionelle Familienunternehmen mit Unterstützung des "Positiven Management" zu einem modernen und dynamischen Unternehmen entwickelt werden, in dem Mitarbeiter erfolgreich, zielorientiert und vor allem gerne arbeiten und dies auch Kunden und Lieferanten vermitteln. Um die zukünftigen Gesellschafter von dem Plan des Kulturwandels und dem Einsatz des "Positiven Managements" zu überzeugen, wurde das folgende Konzept erarbeitet. Als erstes soll ein theoretischer Bezug zum Thema "Glück" und "Wohlbefinden" und in die Thematik der "Positiven Psychologie" und des "Positiven Managements" hergestellt werden. Danach soll dargestellt werden, welche Faktoren das Glücks- und Wohlbefinden der Menschen im Arbeitskontext unterliegen und welche Auswirkungen das Glücksempfinden auf einzelne Aspekte des Arbeitslebens hat. Hierbei werden auch der Ansatz des "Positiven Managements" und dessen Auswirkungen auf das Unternehmen und den unternehmerischen Erfolg dargestellt. Im Anschluss werden Empfehlungen für adäqua
