Dieser kompakte Ausbildungsbegleiter soll in Funktion eines Lernbuchs den Leser die wesentlichen Aufgaben eines Personaldiensleistungskaufmanns näher bringen und vor allem das hoffentlich bestehende Interesse an diesem Beruf weiter stärken.

Dipl.-Kfm. (FH) Jörg Löschmann M.A., MAE wurde 1971 in Stolberg im Rheinland geboren. Nach seinem Erststudium Wirtschaftsrecht an der Hochschule Niederrhein in Mönchengladbach schloss Jörg Löschmann ein zweites Studium im Studiengang Personalentwicklung an der TU Kaiserslautern mit dem akademischen Grad Master of Arts im Jahr 2011 erfolgreich ab. Im Jahr 2018 folgte der erfolgreiche akademische Abschluss zum Master of Advanced Studies in Applied Ethics an der WWU Münster. Jörg Löschmann ist bereits seit einigen Jahren beruflich in verschiedenen Funktionen im Personalmanagement und als Lehrbeauftragter an Fachhochschulen und verschiedenen Bildungsträgern tätig. Zudem engagiert er sich ehrenamtlich in den Prüfungsausschüssen für den Ausbildungsberuf Personaldienstleistungskaufmann/-kauffrau an den Industrie- und Handelskammern in Aachen und München sowie in der Weiterbildungsqualifizierung zum/r Personalfachkaufmann/-frau (IHK) in Aachen.
