Riley, Anne: - Anne Riley was Head of Shell plc's global antitrust group until she retired at the end of February 2019. Anne was also a member of Shell's Group Ethics and Compliance Office Leadership Team until her retirement. Anne is currently Co-Chair of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Task Force on Antitrust Compliance policy harmonisation and is a Non-Governmental Adviser (NGA) to the European Union (DG COMP) for the International Competition Network.She has been awarded several Legal and Compliance Awards, including "Women in Compliance, Innovator of the Year", and received the Society of Compliance and Ethics Special Recognition Award in 2019 on behalf of the ICC.
Stephan, Andreas: - Andreas Stephan is a Professor of Competition Law at the Centre for Competition Policy (CCP) and School of Law, University of East Anglia (UEA) in Norwich, UK. He has a background in both law and economics and has published widely on competition law, with a particular focus on cartel enforcement. He is best known for his survey work on public perceptions of cartel laws and empirical studies of the EU's cartel enforcement regime. Andreas has also engaged extensively with antitrust compliance officers and in-house counsel more generally, on the particular challenges of competition compliance. He is a UK non-governmental adviser to the International Competition Network (ICN) and a member of the UNCTAD Research Partnership Platform.
Tubbs, Anny: - Anny Tubbs is a solicitor (England & Wales) and Advocaat (Belgium) whose legal career has spanned private practice, regulatory, teaching and in-house roles. Her most recent corporate role (2008-2019) was at Unilever: she started out as European Competition Counsel before taking on new global roles, first as General Counsel, Competition and business partner to the Unilever sales team, then as Chief Business Integrity Officer. Anny is a longstanding advocate of compliance best practices and constructive dialogue with peers, notably through relevant ICC platforms and other industry fora such as AIM and B20. Anny is also co-founder of First Move Productions which supports innovative ESG-related initiatives.
