Und genau hier entstehen (kommunikative) Probleme. Die Experten-Laien-Kommunikation ist gekennzeichnet durch Perspektivendivergenzen, Unterschiede, die durch asymmetrische Rollen- und Wissensverteilungen und den damit verbundenen Fachwortgebrauch entstehen. Durch diese Differenzen wird die Verständigung zwischen Arzt und Patient beeinflusst - meist negativ, sodass Probleme entstehen. Dagegen können beide, sowohl Experte als auch Laie, kommunikative Ma nahmen ergreifen, indem sie Vermittlungsstrategien anwenden. Was kann der Arzt tun, um richtig mit den divergierenden Perspektiven umzugehen? Was macht die Kommunikation zwischen Arzt und Patient so besonders? Was macht den Arzt zum Experte und was den Patient zum Laie? Und was genau versteht man unter Perspektivität und Perspektivendivergenz? Diese Fragen sollen in der vorliegenden Arbeit geklärt werden. Dazu werden zunächst die Grundlagen gesetzt, indem im die Begriffe Experte und Laie definiert werden. Im dritten Kapitel wird dann beschrieben, was Perspektiven sind und wie Perspektivendivergenzen zustande kommen, um daraufhin die Probleme zu beschreiben die diese in der Arzt-Patienten-Kommunikation verursachen. Schlie lich werden, aufbauend auf Vermittlungsstrategien, Wege zum richtigen Umgang mit Perspektivität aufgezeigt.
