Gordon, George G.: - George G. Gordon is a partner and the former co-chair of Dechert's antitrust/competition group and the life sciences group. Mr. Gordon's experience includes substantial antitrust class action litigation and general antitrust litigation including a number of significant antitrust actions involving claims of monopolization, unlawful price discrimination, unlawful group boycotts, predatory pricing, and monopoly leveraging. He has also successfully represented clients in a number of non-public investigations by the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice, Antitrust Division. In addition, Mélanie assists leading companies in merger notifications before the French and European regulators and coordinates multi-jurisdictional filings.
