Herzkapitel des Buches ist "Zen in der Kunst des Instrumentalspiels", das die Verschmelzung mit dem Instrument besonders deutlich werden lässt. Physio- und Mentalcoaching hat sich während meiner langjährigen Therapie- und Lehrtätigkeit (u.a. an der Akademie des Symphonieorchesters des Bayerischen Rundfunks und der Universität Mozarteum Salzburg) bewährt und etliche junge Musiker darin unterstützt, ihre Ziele zu erreichen. In "Personalunion" vereine ich meine Expertise als Dipl. Orchestermusikerin mit meinen Ausbildungen zur Staatlich geprüften Physiotherapeutin und Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie. Zweitgenannter Beruf war einst mein "Plan B". Der Prozess von der Idee bis hin zur Umsetzung dient als "Fallstudie" für mein "Plan B-Coaching & Mentoring für Musiker", welches ich in diesem Buch ebenfalls vorstelle. Eine besondere Entdeckung, rund um meine Forschungen zu meinem berühmten Urgro onkel, dem Bariton Heinrich Schlusnus (1888-1952), legitimiert mich, meine Verbindung zu ihm in dieses Buch aufzunehmen: Es zeigen sich erstaunliche Parallelen zwischen der Gesangstechnik "Dynamic Singing" seines Gesangslehrers Louis Bachner und ihm selbst sowie meinen Konzepten.
