When she isn't teaching, she can be found knitting, baking, reading, painting with watercolors, and spending time with her family on the shores of Lake Champlain. As a child, her grandmother would let her save her pie from dinner to eat for breakfast the next morning. Christine and her family love eating Pie For Breakfast!
