Infolgedessen wissen wir heute viel mehr als fr�her dar�ber, wie Ausdauer, Kraft, Beweglichkeit, Schnelligkeit und andere athletische F�higkeiten entwickelt werden k�nnen. In dieser Studie wandte der Forscher einen t-Test an, um festzustellen, ob es statistisch signifikante Unterschiede zwischen den Mittelwerten vor und nach dem Test gibt, um die Auswirkungen von Pilates-Training, Plyometrie-Training und einer Kombination aus Pilates- und Plyometrie-Training auf motorische Fitnessvariablen bei m�nnlichen College-Studenten zu ermitteln. Der ANCOVA-Test wurde angewendet, um die Signifikanz der "angepassten Post-Test-Mittelwerte" zwischen der Versuchsgruppe und der Kontrollgruppe f�r jede Variable zu ermitteln. Wann immer die "F"-Verh�ltnisse als signifikant befunden wurden, wurde der Scheffe-Post-hoc-Test angewendet, um den signifikanten Unterschied zwischen den gepaarten und den angepassten Mittelwerten zu testen. Bei all diesen statistischen Tests wurde ein Signifikanzniveau von 0,05 als Konfidenzniveau gew�hlt.
