After the departure of Syd Barrett and the arrival of David Gilmour, Pink Floyd would begin a process of growth and experimentation, starting with psychedelia, which would end up establishing them as one of the most important rock formations of the seventies. The British group, which revolutionized live shows with their rich visual iconography, were able to turn some of their songs into authentic anthems for several generations, as well as achieved getting their name to be engraved in gold letters in rock history. This book starts with the development of The Dark Side of the Moon and ends just after the release of The Wall, a metaphor to express the feeling of isolation and loneliness of those who, from the height of their musical career, knew how to shape their artistic creativity to leave us a unique legacy.

Eloy Pérez Ladaga (Barcelona, 1971) has been writing about music for more than thirty years whether it be in fanzines, magazines or websites, and currently collaborates regularly as an editor for the magazine Route 66. Author of several books about rock, among his renowned works are The Blues of the French Revolution, the first biography in Spanish of Nikki Sudden as well as progressive rock from the Rock&Roll guides collection in this same editorial.
GuiBo. Guillermo Bosch (Barcelona, 1971) since the completion of his illustration studies at the Llotja School of Applied Arts, has not stopped illustrating, drawing or designing for various fanzines and numerous editorials. It is rumored that he will continue to do so until he passes away, loses his life, or which ever comes first.
