Die Unkenntnis über das Coronavirus rechtfertigte im Grunde jegliche Strategie der Krisenbewältigung, vom Laissez-faire bis zur absoluten Kontrolle, alles dazwischen oder auch fortwährende Richtungsanpassungen ("Auf Sicht fahren"). Gleichzeitig bot sie die Voraussetzungen für eine tiefgreifende Politisierung des politisch-administrativen Krisenmanagements. Die Beiträge dieses Bandes diskutieren Probleme von Regierung, Verwaltung und Kritischen Infrastrukturen in der Corona-Pandemie.
