POST-GLOBALISM
Why globalization failed and what comes next
Predictions included
Globalization failed and the expectations and aspirations of globalists did not come true. It was simply wrong to believe that in the wake of liberal economy follows automatically, given a bit of time, liberal democracy and lasting peace in the historical perspective. Globalization got off to a very good start and progressed well for a few decades. Globalization has brought unprecedented prosperity and rapid development. But it has failed in many other aspects. It has failed to bring democracy and peace. Indeed, it has brought less democracy and more war and political tension.
What went wrong? What are the reasons for the failures?
Post-globalism is what comes after globalization. This book contains predictions on a bona fide basis, free for all to consider, could be wrong, but worth a debate.
Not a scholarly book, it's a layman's book for lay men and women.
Written by the human mind and hand. No artificial intelligence (AI) involved in authoring this book.
The author has decades of experience with working in international business and organizations, as well as direct experience with many countries and cultures.
The book will give you more insight and confidence to take and give in future debates.

Conclusion
With a monumental amount of irony, the final outcome of globalization was less democracy, not more. More wars, not peace and friendship. Less liberal economy, not more. Less liberal democracy, less civic rights, less freedom of speech.
The list goes on and on, and we can only hope that the aftermath of the wars will bring some decent afterthought into the minds the globalist elites. Some of the recent elitist alternatives, like techno-optimism, are of exactly the same universalist brew as globalism. That will not help root up the mess that globalism has created, unfortunately.
Instead, we need a revival of respectfulness for all citizens, poor as well rich - together with a revival of the art of listening to each other. Much more listening instead of posturing and screaming out stupefying nonsense through impersonal media channels. No more smart ideologies like globalism that mostly serve to prevent facing reality.
