About the Author

Ravindra HN, MSc (N), PhD (N), MPhil (Health Care and Hospital Administration), MA (Sociology), has 16 years of Teaching, Administrative and Research experience. He is presently working as a Dean, Faculty of Nursing in Parul University, Vadodara, Gujarat
He has conducted many faculty researches as a Principal Investigator and guided several research projects and PG dissertations. He is a recognized PhD guide of Parul University. He has published 36 research papers in reputed indexed national and international journals. He has constructed the curriculum in three short terms, a PG diploma and a master degree course in health care discipline. He has been a recognized Examiner of many renowned universities for Postgraduate and doctoral scholars and a Question Paper Setter for various National and State entrance examinations, and a selection committee member. He is a Member of ad hoc Inspection Committee, Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi and Gujarat Nursing Council, Ahmedabad. He is a Lifetime member of various professional bodies and is also an editorial board member, advisory board member and reviewer of various National and International journals. The author is also a member of Academic Council and Board of Studies for several other universities in India.
