Dave Walker is an anesthesiologist with a special interest in the ICU. He has practiced in South Africa, the diamond mines of Namibia, the United Kingdom, the Middle East and China. As a committed Christian, he is passionate about prayer, because he has seen the way God answered as he prayed with his patients, which is mainly what his autobiographies are about. An adventurer at heart, he has climbed Kilimanjaro twice, hiked part of the Annapurna circuit and all over Zimbabwe and South Africa. He lives in Howick, KwazuluNatal, South Africa and has three daughters and seven grandchildren.
