Since 1978, her pre-natal workshops and birth preparation classes have been providing comprehensive guidance to expecting moms and dads, including yoga, nutrition, breathing techniques, breastfeeding and post-birth advice. Nutan has taken part in various fora, such as Asia Pacific Midwifery Conference; CME at Fortis Le Femme Hospital Delhi; FOGSI Meeting, Faridabad; Rotary Clubs Delhi; Fernandez Hospital Hyderabad; Doordarshan, Zee, Star, and NDTV. Nutan is responsible for creating many training programmes that have inspired numerous professionals, including nurses, to become agents of change in their communities. She believes that everything she does has originated from her own experience of giving birth effortlessly and joyfully.
