They also teach the paths of meditation and concentration along with devotional prayers and rituals to give them a peace of mind and to gain the prosperity in life.This book is useful to read at home or while travelling, to learn the basics of the Hindu Religious teachings and also for use in classrooms to teach children about the same. These lessons are useful for all Hindus around the world to get a true understanding of the several paths of cultural traditions in their faith and to teach the same to their children and to prepare the future generation to live in peace within themselves and with others in the community. These are useful information for an outsider (non-Hindus) to get a glimpse about this ancient tradition to get an understanding of the same. He is a Physician and Cardiologist, now retired and spends time in Spirituality work and is associated closely with Sri Meenakshi Temple, Pearland, Texas, in USA. After graduating from medical college, he served in Indian Army for 5 years and in Tamil Nadu Medical Service teaching in the Medical colleges for 6 years before moving to USA in 1973. He currently lives in Sugar Land, (Houston), in the state of Texas since 1977.
