Alice began her nursing career in 1996, working in cardiac care and medical nursing. This interest in cardiac nursing has continued through leadership of the post registration cardiac care module, along with the development of a wide range of knowledge and experience in acute care. Alice is particularly interested in workforce development through the nursing apprenticeship route and pastoral care of nursing students.
