In diesem Buch kommt der Autor Jos� Mar�a �lvarez, der �ber mehr als drei ig Jahre klinische Erfahrung in der Behandlung von Psychosen verf�gt, zu dem Schluss und argumentiert, dass es seiner Meinung nach zwei wichtige S�ulen gibt, die die Psychotherapie bei Psychosen st�tzen und erm�glichen: dass Wahnsinn eine �berlebensstrategie ist, wenn jemand von unmenschlichen Erfahrungen �berw�ltigt wurde, und dass seine Behandlung auf der �bertragung basiert, d. h. auf dem Wort als Bindemittel der therapeutischen Beziehung und Grundlage jeder m�glichen Behandlung. Ein Weg, wie man mit Wahnsinnigen spricht, was man sagt und was man verschweigt, wie man eine Psychotherapie mit diesen Patienten durchf�hrt, die so gest�rt sind, dass man nicht recht wei , wie man an sie herantreten und mit ihnen sprechen soll.

Die Idee zu diesem Buch entstand aus der �bernahme neuer Aufgaben in der Krankenhausarbeit, zu denen noch die W�nsche von Assistenz�rzten sowie von Psychologen in der klinischen Weiterbildung und Kollegen hinzukamen, die nach Grunds�tzen suchten, an denen sie sich bei ihrer t�glichen Arbeit in den Sch�tzengr�ben des Wahnsinns orientieren konnten. Es handelt sich nicht um die Prinzipien der Psychotherapie der Psychosen, sondern um eine Psychotherapie. Eine Psychotherapie unter vielen, die auf umfangreichen Erfahrungen mit schwer gest�rten Patienten basiert.
