Alberto Rotondi, già professore ordinario di fisica nucleare presso l'Università di Pavia, ora è professore a contratto di Analisi Dati presso il Dipartimento di Fisica di Pavia. È autore di alcune centinaia di pubblicazioni nel campo della fisica nucleare sperimentale. Nel corso dell'attività di ricerca, svolta prevalentemente al CERN Ginevra, si è occupato tra l'altro di trattamento di dati, applicando molti metodi statistici e di simulazione alla analisi dei risultati sperimentali.​
Paolo Pedroni è ricercatore senior presso l'Istituto Nazionale di Fisica Nucleare-Sezione di Pavia ed è professore a contratto del corso di "Metodi Statistici della Fisica" presso il Dipartimento di Fisica dell'Università di Pavia. Ha svolto e svolge attività di ricerca sperimentale sulle interazioni dei quark all'interno dei protoni e dei neutroni nell'ambito di diverse collaborazioni internazionali.

Antonio Pievatolo è dirigente di ricerca presso il CNR IMATI, sede di Milano, dove si occupa di applicazioni della statistica nell'industria e nella tecnologia. Ha coordinato unità locali di progetti di ricerca di natura applicativa con committenti pubblici, regionali e nazionali, e privati. È stato presidente di ENBIS, the European Network for Business and Industrial Statistics, dal 2017 al 2019, ed è stato professore a contratto di Statistica in diversi atenei milanesi.
