Viele dahinter liegende Fragen bleiben jedoch offen: Was ist unter spezifischen Umständen 'moralisch richtiges Verhalten' oder 'ethisches Handeln'? Was genau ist das 'Gute' und zu welchem Preis oder anderen sozialen Kosten? Antworten auf diese Fragen sind häufig komplex und abhängig von kulturellen und persönlichen Werten. Ethische Beurteilungen sind in Fällen offensichtlicher Verfehlungen oder Verstö en gegen Gesetze leicht zu fällen, schwierig wird es jedoch in den Grauzonen. Da das Thema 'soziale Verantwortung in Unternehmen' oder kürzer: 'Unternehmensethik', sehr umfassend ist, grenze ich ein. In dieser Ausarbeitung befasse ich mich hauptsächlich mit den 'Schwierigkeiten bei der Einführung ethischer Grundsätze in Unternehmen'. Um sinnvoll zum Thema hinzuführen ist es jedoch notwendig, einleitende Vorbemerkungen und Definitionen zu machen. Diese finden sich in den Kapiteln eins und zwei. Zur Methode ist Folgendes zu sagen: Ich habe mich vorab intensiv theoretisch vorbereitet. Auf dieser Basis habe ich dann im Kurs 'Unternehmensplanung' eine Präsentation mit dem Thema 'Implementation of Corporate Ethics within modern companies' gehalten. Dabei hat sich herausgestellt, dass ich mein Hauptaugenmerk in der schriftlichen Ausarbeitung am besten auf den oben genannten Bereich der Schwierigkeiten bei der Einführung lege. [...]
