Die Bewertung von Bauablaufst�rungen und Produktivit�tsverlusten kann damit fundiert durchgef�hrt werden.

Assoc.Prof. Dipl.-Ing. Dr.techn. Christian Hofstadler ist Professor für Baubetrieb am Institut für Baubetrieb und Bauwirtschaft an der TU Graz. Seine weiteren Tätigkeitsfelder umfassen unter anderem die Arbeit als gerichtlich beeideter Sachverständiger für baubetriebliche und bauwirtschaftliche Fragestellungen sowie jene als Experte im Österreichischen Normungsinstitut, in der Österreichischen Bautechnik Vereinigung (ÖBV) und in der International Federation for Structural Concrete (fib). Er ist außerdem Autor und Mitherausgeber von mehreren Büchern und zahlreichen nationalen und internationalen Fachbeiträgen im Bereich des Baumanagements. Im Rahmen von Gastvorlesungen und Forschungsaufenthalten weltweit betreibt er regen fachlichen Austausch.

Die Schwerpunkte seiner Forschung liegen in den Bereichen Risikomanagement, Produktivitätsgrenzgrößen und -verluste, Bauablaufstörungen sowie Optimierung von Bauabläufen, Produktions- und Logistikprozessen. Im Zuge seiner Tätigkeitbei drei Baufirmen erwarb er fachliche Kompetenzen in der Baupraxis im Hoch- und Industriebau, dem Bauen im Bestand sowie im Brückenbau.
