Im Rahmen der Studie wird der Frage nachgegangen, wie Migrationsverhältnisse im Referendariat ausgehandelt und professionalisierungswirksam werden. In Anlehnung an die Bourdieu'sche Theorie des Einsetzungsrituals wird Professionalisierung im Blickwinkel des autorisierten Lehramts betrachtet und als soziale Praxis theoretisiert. Migrationsverhältnisse werden dabei mit Bourdieus gesellschaftstheoretischen Werkzeugen rassismustheoretisch eingebettet. Die methodologische Synthetisierung erfolgt über die dokumentarische Methode und intersektionale Mehrebenenanalyse sozialer Ungleichheiten. Neben einer die Mitgliedschafts- und Unterrichtspraxis umfassenden Typologie der Professionalisierung im Referendariat werden Spielarten des migrationsgesellschaftlichen Rassismus rekonstruiert. Aufgezeigt wird das im Ausbildungsfeld zirkulierende rassismusrelevante Wissen und Unwissen. Zugleich wird das Wissen über Rassismus, seine Verdrängung und Praktiken der Subversion konturiert. Dabei werden die durch Rassismus privilegierten und deprivilegierten Positionen der Referendar*innen systematisch einbezogen.

Dr. Aysun Doğmuş, Dipl. Soz., ist wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin an der Helmut-Schmidt-Universität Hamburg. Zu ihren Arbeits- und Forschungsschwerpunkten gehören pädagogisches Handeln und Professionalisierung in Migrationsverhältnissen, Rassismuskritik und Intersektionalität in der Lehrer*innen(aus)bildung, Methodologie und Methoden qualitativer Forschung.
