Anke Fröchling ist Diplom-Kulturpädagogin und ausgebildete Trainerin für berufliches und wissenschaftliches Schreiben. Seit 1999 ist sie Korrespondenztrainerin im deutschsprachigen Raum. In ihren teilnehmerorientierten Seminaren und Workshops gibt sie ihr Wissen und Know-how in den Bereichen aktueller Sprachstil, Verständlichkeit und wertschätzende Kommunikation weiter. Als Beraterin begleitet sie Kundenservices in Projekten zu einer verständlichen, frischen und respektvollen Art des Korrespondierens. Ihre vielfältigen Einsätze in den unterschiedlichsten Unternehmen und Branchen, ihre damit verbundene Weiterentwicklung und ihr persönlicher Weg führten sie zum Konzept der wertschätzenden Korrespondenz. Darüber hinaus ist Anke Fröchling die Pionierin des Schreibcoachings und setzt sich dafür ein, den Begriff für eine hoch qualifizierte Dienstleistung zu verwenden. 2002 veröffentlichte sie mit "Schreibcoaching - ein innovatives Beratungskonzept" ein wissenschaftliches Konzept für Schreibcoaching analog zum Führungskräftecoaching. 2018 erschien ihr Buch "Professionelles Schreibcoaching". Ursprünglich Hamburgerin, lebt Anke Fröchling seit 2009 in München. Ihre beiden Kinder sind Jahrgang 2003 und 2007.
