Mataix, José: - José Mataix (born 1994 in Alicante) is a Level 3 Coach and also has a degree in Physical Activity Sciences and a masters from the Real Federación Española de Fútbol. He currently works as a coordinator in the youth methodology department of Villarreal CF, a club in which he has also coached in the youth ranks. He is passionate about youth development and always looks to extract knowledge from other fields that can be developed and applied to football. José is especially interested in the development of the creative processes within the players and the game, as well as analysis, training methods, and team management.
