Geplant ist der Besuch eines Rechenzentrums in Düsseldorf mit anschlie endem Theaterbesuch und einer Hotelübernachtung. Die Autorin wird diesbezüglich ein Konzept für das Projekt erstellen und dieses anhand der, im Modul erlernten Grundsätze des Projektmanagements, strukturieren und organisieren. Hierzu wird ein Projektstrukturplan entwickelt werden und zu verschiedene Problemstellungen, die während eines Projektes auftreten können, Lösungswege erarbeitet und aufgezeigt. Um die Aufgabe erfolgreich bearbeiten zu können, werden Definitionen der wichtigsten Begriffe zur Lösung der erteilten Aufgabe gegeben. So wird es zu Beginn eines jeden Kapitels eine kurze, wissenschaftliche Einführung geben, um diese nachfolgend auf die Aufgabe anzuwenden. Eines der wichtigsten Planungstools stellt im Projektmanagement die Erstellung von Projektplänen dar. Der Projektstrukturplan ist dabei als Hauptinstrument in der Projektplanung, Projektsteuerung und Projektkontrolle anzusehen. Je komplexer ein Projekt sich darstellt, desto wichtiger wird es den Überblick zu behalten und ein lineares, Schritt-für-Schritt-Denken zu etablieren, welches hilft, einen klaren Überblick über das Projekt und erforderliche Aufgaben zu schaffen. Ziel ist es, eine Projektstrukturierung zu erreichen, eine Gliederung des Projektes nach Arbeitsaufgaben und -inhalten.
