Rechtsanwalt Eberhard Krügler ist Of Counsel in der bundesweit und international tätigen Sozietät Hoffmann Liebs Fritsch & Partner, Düsseldorf. Er hat langjährige praktische Erfahrung bei der Gestaltung, Verhandlung und Durchführung von Projektverträgen aus seiner Tätigkeit als Unternehmensjurist in leitender Stellung in verschiedenen Konzernen und als Rechtsanwalt. Seine fachlichen Erfahrungsschwerpunkte liegen neben dem Recht des Anlagenbaus im Gesellschaftsrecht, insbesondere der Betreuung von Umstrukturierungen und M&A-Transaktionen und dem internationalen Vertragsrecht. Daneben befasst er sich mit dem Thema Compliance.

Rechtsanwalt Christoph Schmitt ist Partner der bundesweit und international tätigen Sozietät Hoffmann Liebs Fritsch & Partner, Düsseldorf. Nach seinem Studium an der Universität zu Köln berät er seit bereits ca. 20 Jahren als bundesweit anerkannter Spezialist für Wirtschaftsvertragsgestaltung und -verhandlung national und internationale Unternehmen bei allen Fragen der wirtschaftsrechtlichen Vertragsgestaltung, insbesondere im Bereich auch komplexer Projektverträge.
