Then, the writers detail the process of drafting complaints, preparing answers and affirmative defenses, propounding discovery, seeking summary dismissal or judgment, and preparing for trial. Downs, Andrew B.: - Andrew B. Downs is a shareholder in the firm of Bullivant Houser Bailey PC resident in its San Francisco Office. Admitted in California and Nevada, he has been recognized as one of California's top insurance lawyers by Chambers USA and Super Lawyers, is a Member of the Board of Regents of the American College of Coverage Counsel and is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Federation of Defense; Corporate Counsel.

Levin, Jay M.: - Jay M. Levin is a shareholder at Flaster Greenberg PC and member of the firm's Litigation Department and Insurance Counseling Recovery Practice Group. A resident in the firm's suburban Philadelphia office, Jay focuses his practice on representing policyholders across the country in disputes with insurance companies, including claim development, presentation, and negotiation, and litigation in both trial and appellate courts. He is also past Chair of the TIPS Property Insurance Law Committee.

Raschke, Heidi Hudson: -
