He served in a few positions with the US Department of Veterans Affairs including service as a research physical therapist, the Deputy Chief of Research for the congressionally mandated dual agency VA-DoD Extremity Trauma & Amputation Center of Excellence (EACE) and he currently serves as National Director of the Orthotic, Prosthetic & Pedorthic Clinical Services Program Office.
