Die Herausgeber:

Falko von Ameln ist Diplom-Psychologe und Psychodrama-Therapeut (DFP/DAGG). Nach seiner eigenen Psychodrama-Ausbildung bildete er sieben Jahre lang am Institut für Psychologie, Psychodrama und Training in Heidelberg Psychodramatikerinnen und Psychodramatiker aus. Er ist als Organisationsberater, Trainer, Organisationsforscher, Autor und Musiker tätig. Zu seinen Arbeitsschwerpunkten zählen die Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen, Führungskräfteentwicklung, Qualitätsentwicklung und die Ausbildung von Beraterinnen und Beratern. Lehraufträge u. a. an der Universität Kassel (Lehrstuhl Theorie und Methodik der Beratung), der Universität Dortmund und der European Business School Schloss Reichartshausen. Falko von Ameln ist im Fach Beratungswissenschaft an der Alpen-Adria-Universität Klagenfurt (Institut für Organisationsberatung und Gruppendynamik) habilitiert.

Josef Kramer (+) war Diplom-Psychologe und Diplom-Pädagoge sowie Psychodrama-Therapeut (DFP/DAGG) und Supervisor (BDP). Nach sechs Jahren in der Leitung einer Fachklinik für psychosomatische Erkrankungen wechselte er in den Beratungs- und Coachingbereich. Gemeinsam mit Falko von Ameln promovierte er zu systemischen Konzepten der Führung und berät Führungskräfte, vorwiegend auf Vorstands- und Geschäftsführungsebene. Von 2000 bis 2011 war er als Vorstand der MSA Management System Anwendung AG tätig, 2003 übernahm er zusätzlich das Institut für Angewandte Managementforschung in Köln. Darüber hinaus war er Ausbildungsleiter am Institut für Psychologie, Psychodrama und Training in Heidelberg. 2012-2014 war er Inhaber des Kompass Management Instituts in Köln.
