This work is divided into two parts.

The first part presents my thesis in Applied Behavioral and Cognitive Psychology entitled: Psychology, Mythology, Astrology, a narrative approach with patients: panic attacks, in which I addressed the use of astrology as a counseling tool for psychologists, providing the scientific basis and literature sources that support the effectiveness of narrative therapies, including astrology. In addition, a hypothesis for its use in clinical practice is presented.

The second part is a collection of articles based on scientific studies highlighting the risks and opportunities of using astrology. The greatest risks arise when it is considered a tool that can provide certain, deterministic indications about character traits or even predict the future.

The purpose of these writings is to promote, as I have always done, symbolic and astrological thinking in seminars and lectures at Italian academic institutions such as schools of analytical and archetypal psychotherapy and universities.
