Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2016 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Sonstiges, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die folgende Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit Qualitätsmessinstrumenten und deren Anwendung in der Grundschulpädagogik. Empirischer Bestandteil ist ein problemzentriertes Interview mit einem Schulleiter einer Leipziger UNESCO-Grundschule, wobei ein Smartphone Samsung Galaxy SIII Mini zur Gesprächsaufzeichnung verwendet worden ist. Weitere Inhalte bilden das 2007 im Bildungswesen eingeführte Qualitätsmanagementsystem IWA 2 (International Work Agreement 2: 2007) als auch eine umfassende Literaturrecherche in den Bereichen qualitative Sozialforschung, problemzentriertes Interview, Grounded Theory, Grundschulpädagogik, internationale Schulleistungsvergleiche und Qualitätsmanagement im Bildungswesen. Die hierzu entwickelte Forschungsfrage lautet: Wie werden Methoden des Qualitätsmanagements in der Grundschulpädagogik eingesetzt und gibt es Möglichkeiten der Verbesserung im Hinblick auf den Schulerfolg? Hierbei war es von Bedeutung, die spezielle Arbeitsweise der Grundschule zu erforschen, eine Vorstellung von in der Institution angewendeten Leistungsmessungen und Leistungsvergleichen zu erhalten sowie sämtliche in dieser Schule angewendeten Qualitätsmessinstrumente zu ergründen. Ein Qualitätsmanagementsystem ermittelt z.B. die personelle und Prozessstruktur, Planungsvorgänge, Evaluationen, Dokumentationen und nicht zuletzt die Kommunikationsvorgänge innerhalb der Schule und die nach au en wirkenden Mitteilungen. Wichtig sind hierbei stets die Wirkung auf den Kunden und auf die Leistungsprozesse eines Unternehmens. Im Fall der Grundschule ist das Ziel immer der Schüler, der mit seinem Lernerfolg die Leistungsfähigkeit des Unternehmens Grundschule beweisen soll. Das komplexe System der zusammenwirkenden Faktoren zu bestimmen und in seiner Wirkung zu optimieren sowie kontinuierlich zu verbessern, ist Aufgabe des Qualitätsmanagements.
