Die Qualitätssicherung in der Industrie ist von gro em Interesse, da hiermit zwei zentrale Fragen des Verbrauchers beantwortet werden: Zum einen wird geklärt, welche Zusammensetzung /Beschaffenheit das angebotene Produkt hat, zum anderen ist die Chargenrückverfolgbarkeit gesichert, falls fehlerhafte Produkte auf den Markt gebracht werden. Der Verkauf von gefährlichen Produkten an den Endverbraucher kann im Optimalfall in 100 % der Fälle verhindert werden. Ein funktionierendes Qualitätsmanagement hat eine Schlüsselfunktion, wenn es darum geht, eine gleich bleibende, gute Qualität der Produkte sicherzustellen. Es ist wichtig, die notwendigen Arbeitsanweisungen, Tests und Analysen zu bewerten, sei es im Labor oder in der Produktion. Eine systematische Dokumentation aller genannten Aufgaben, der gefundenen Messergebnisse und deren Offenlegung ist zwingend erforderlich [Wrede et. al (2008)]. In dieser Bachelorarbeit sollen zwei Methoden validiert werden. Aussagen zu der Methode in Bezug auf deren Robustheit, Linearität, Messpräzision, Wiederholpräzision, Gesamtpräzision, zeitlicher Trends, Spezifität und Wiederfindung sollen gemacht werden. Ursächlich ist, dass zunehmend die Kunden der "Gerolsteiner Brunnen GmbH und Co. KG" Wert auf eine Methode mit verifizierten Ergebnissen legen. Nach "DIN EN ISO 17025" soll das Unternehmen nachweisen, dass die bestimmten Messwerte ausreichend genau sind. Eine Validierung der Methoden des Qualitätssicherungslabors wurde für die Produkte der "Gerolsteiner Brunnen GmbH und Co. KG" noch nicht durchgeführt.
