Dabei stellte ich fest, dass es für den Bereich der Altenpflege wenig Literatur gibt, obwohl das Thema "Beziehungspflege" im Zusammenhang mit Qualitätsentwicklung immer mehr in den Fokus rückt. Altenpflege als Beziehungspflege zu schildern erscheint angesichts von Personalkürzungen durch immer schärfere Sparma nahmen als Utopie. Dabei ist es sowohl für den Bewohner, der dauerhaft in einem Heim lebt wichtig, eine gute Beziehung zu den Pflegenden aufzubauen, als auch für die Pflegenden selbst. Auch die Angehörigen möchten, dass sich ihre Eltern wohl fühlen und glücklich sind. Hier geht es um Kundenzufriedenheit und um Berufszufriedenheit. Die Begegnung von Mensch zu Mensch bleibt, trotz Personal- und Zeitknappheit die wichtigste Grundlage der Pflege. Dieses Thema möchte ich in meiner Facharbeit vertiefen. Primary Nursing ist ein Pflegeorganisationssystem, welches die Beziehungspflege in den Vordergrund stellt. Doch wie funktioniert es und wie setze ich es in der Praxis um? Ziel meiner Arbeit ist es, anhand von Primary Nursing einen Weg zur Qualitätsverbesserung in der stationären Altenpflege aufzuzeigen. Dafür werden in den Kapiteln zwei bis drei die Grundlagen gelegt. Kapitel vier gibt einen Überblick über drei verschiedene Pflegeorganisationssysteme zum Vergleich. Im Anschluss folgt die Implementierung von Primary Nursing in einer Altenpflegeeinrichtung anhand des erweiterten PDCA-Zyklus. Gibt es positive Resonanzen
