With a background in both academia and corporate training, Hadiya has designed, developed, and delivered a wide range of professional and technical development courses. She's the author of StoryTraining: Selecting and Shaping Stories That Connect and a chapter in ATD's Handbook for Training and Talent Development. Hadiya was the 2023 recipient of ATD's Outstanding Professional award, which is "presented to individuals that demonstrate exceptional talent development expertise, leadership, and service through their professional work, volunteerism, influence, and actions in support of others." She has an MEd in curriculum design, an MA in writing, and a BA in English, as well as the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), the Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM), and the Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) designations.
