Mit dieser Hausarbeit soll aufgezeigt werden, dass die in der Vorlesung vermittelten Grundsätze im Bereich Konditionstraining verstanden wurden und man wei wie diese umzusetzen sind. So dass man sich mit diesem ausgearbeiteten Trainingsplan erfolgreich als Konditionstrainer in einem Verein der jeweiligen Sportart bewerben könnte. Dies alles geschieht in Vorbereitung auf das Hauptdiplom. Die Sportart meines Trainingsplanes ist das Schlag- und Laufspiel Baseball, welches in Deutschland leider immer noch den Status einer Randsportart besitzt (vgl. Owassapian, 1993, S.8) 2.Anforderungsprofil Als Voraussetzungen der Spielleistung im Baseball wären auf der einen Seite Faktoren, die ein Spieler selbst bereits besitzt bzw. bei ihm zu einem gewissen Grad bereits vorhanden sind. Diese sind: Konstitution, Koordination und Persönlichkeit. Und auf der anderen Seite stehen die Faktoren, die trainierbar sind und gezielt durch Training verbessert werden können. Diese sind: Kondition, Technik und Taktik. Diese einzelnen Faktoren bauen auf einander auf. Sprich, die Kondition ist Voraussetzung um die Technik zu erlernen z.B. wenn ich kaum Kraft habe den Baseballschläger zu halten, werde ich auch nicht in der Lage sein einen ordentlichen, technisch sauberen Schlag am Mal zu Stande zu bringen. Und erst wenn ich die Technik des Schlagens beherrsche, kann ich die taktischen Aspekte mit ins Spiel einflie en lassen bspw. wenn ich sehe, der Rightfielder steht zu weit drau en und hat sich nicht verschoben, schlage ich den Ball direkt
