Barcelo, Judy Strand: - Dr. Barcelo obtained her master's degree in school administration from Cal State San Bernardino, later completing her doctorate in Educational Administration and Leadership from La Sierra University, in Riverside, California. She and her retired pastor husband, currently working as a prison chaplain, reside in Susanville, California, where she enjoys reading, writing, practicing piano, playing Scrabble, and keeping up with friends and family, including her grown daughter, who is also a writer. Her wish is that this volume will foster a deeper understanding of God's Word and enhance the spiritual life of all who read it.
