About The Author

Roger K. Allen, PhD, is an expert in personal development and family relationships, as well as organizational leadership and teams. Renowned for his engaging style and powerful insights, Dr. Allen has led thousands of workshops, retreats, and seminars throughout the United States, which have been acclaimed as the most influential learning experiences available anywhere.

In 1980, Dr. Allen founded and served as president of the Human Development Institute, where he provided countless hours of individual, marriage, and family therapy, while also creating and teaching experiential programs in personal development and family relations. In 1992, he and Preston Pond cofounded the Center for Organizational Design to help leaders create high-performance organizations. Since then, Dr. Allen has spearheaded major executive and organizational development projects with numerous Fortune 500 companies.
