But there is another theory that can help us understand this problem. Concepts such as quantum entanglement, wavefunction collapse, and causality are interpreted as mechanisms that optimize information processing while preserving consistency throughout the system. Faster-than-light travel, wormholes, and similar ideas are described as potential violations of the universe's logical framework. The next major theme is that mathematics appears to govern everything. From Newtonian mechanics and electromagnetism to general relativity, quantum mechanics, and cosmology, mathematical equations accurately describe natural phenomena across all scales. This book argues that mathematics is not merely a descriptive language but may actually be the underlying structure of reality itself. Constants, equations, geometry, calculus, and symmetry function like the source code of a cosmic program. This perspective is reinforced through references to physicist Eugene Wigner's observation about the "unreasonable effectiveness of mathematics" in describing nature. Building on this idea, the text introduces the Mathematical Universe Hypothesis, most closely associated with Max Tegmark. According to MUH, the universe is not simply described by mathematics-it literally is a mathematical structure. Everything that exists, including matter, energy, space, time, and consciousness, consists of mathematical relationships. In this framework, consciousness emerges from patterns and processes rather than specific physical materials. A conscious mind could theoretically exist anywhere its mathematical structure is reproduced. It compares MUH with simulation theory, emphasizing that simulation theory requires a simulator and computer, whereas MUH requires only mathematics. The following is a brief description of Tegmark's multiverses' levels, which include level I, where the universe is considered infinite, hence there are areas far away from us. The second level involves bubble universes having varied physics. The third level consists of many-worlds that branch out depending on quantum occurrences, while the fourth involves all mathematically consistent universes.
