Dr. Simon TAMAYO est enseignant-chercheur à MINES ParisTech, où il est responsable des enseignements sur la recherche opérationnelle appliquée aux systèmes industriels et sur les systèmes ERP. Il est également enseignant à HEC Paris dans le domaine de la supply chain et examinateur externe à l'université de Limerick (Irlande) pour les diplômes en gestion des opérations et de supply chain.
