L'objectif principal de ce livre est de recycler les déchets de cheveux humains produits dans les salons de coiffure et les déchets de plumes de poulet produits lors de la transformation des poulets pour l'alimentation en un composite utile. La fibre de plume de poulet (FPC) et la fibre de cheveux humains (FCH) sont des déchets d'élevage évidents qui sont actuellement utilisés dans diverses applications telles que les textiles, l'artisanat, les décorations et même les biocomposites. Les analyses des nombreuses sources documentaires ont été compilées ici pour sensibiliser les chercheurs à l'utilisation des CFF et HFF comme matériaux de renforcement dans la création de divers composites. Dans le passé, la majorité des chercheurs ont mis l'accent sur les différents types de fibres végétales naturelles. Les revues sont donc organisées en vue d'un changement et d'un développement durable. Les cheveux sont composés à 95 % de kératine, une protéine fibreuse et hélicoïdale, qui entre dans la composition de la peau et de toutes les phanères. Les plumes de poulet sont constituées de piquants et de fibres. Toutes deux sont constituées de kératine hydrophobe, une protéine très résistante, de faible densité et très biodégradable. Nous présentons une idée pour fabriquer des composites à matrice polymère à partir de ces déchets de plumes de poulet.
