Jedes Bundesland ist für die Ausbildung aufgrund des Föderalismus in Deutschland eigenverantwortlich für die Ausbildung im Feuer- und Rettungswesen. Es bestehen somit diverse Unterschiede in der Ausbildung zum Berufsfeuerwehrmann. Die Fragestellung dieser Arbeit möchte ein Konzept und Empfehlung zu einer einheitlichen, bundesweiten, ganzheitlichen, handlungsorientierten Ausbildung im mittleren feuerwehrtechnischen Dienst der Feuerwehr liefern. Anhand von Experten-interviews wird der Bedarf ermittelt, die Lehrmethode vom fachorientierten Unterricht zum handlungsorientierten Unterricht zu verändern. Als Ergebnis der Arbeit soll ein Ausbildungskonzeptu einer bundesweiten Ausbildung stehen.
