Im Gegenteil, in Zeiten h�herer Einkommen wurden die Ausgaben und die pharaonischen Projekte exponentiell gesteigert, und als die ersten Anzeichen eines Einkommensr�ckgangs auftraten, verschlimmerten sich die Schwierigkeiten der Venezolaner schnell, wobei diejenigen, die �ber weniger Mittel verf�gten, noch st�rker betroffen waren.Die Verwalter der repr�sentativen Demokratie, der direkten Demokratie und der Protagonisten haben bei solchen Aktionen kaum einen Unterschied gemacht.
