Claudia P. Robinson was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She became a single mother at the age of sixteen. At that time, she was socially classified as a statistic that would end up amounting to nothing. Through faith and perseverance, she overcame the obstacles and raised her son while finishing high school and later advanced in earning a number of college degrees. She began writing poetry at a young age to escape her surroundings. She always knew that she would not end up like most single mothers, and that she could achieve anything she set her mind to. She believed that holding on to God's unchanging hand - she could achieve anything she wanted, anything she dreamt. Claudia continues to reinvent herself, believing that what you are is God's gift to you, but what you become is your gift to God! Hope, believe, pray!
