Resource-Oriented Interviewing gives realistic answers to these questions. It proves to be extremely pragmatic again and again. Resource-Oriented Interviewing in the form represented here has its origin in the area of help for alcohol addicts and was also applied in the sphere of psychiatric help, social integration and project management. Furthermore it can be used appropriately in many fields of working life and also in private contexts. Resource-Oriented Interviewing is the art of working in a resource activating way in a deficit-oriented context by using specific questions.

About The Author

Andreas Langosch, geboren 1968, lernte als Erstberuf Verlagskaufmann. Er studierte danach Sozialwesen an der Fachhochschule Kiel und ist seit 1997 Diplom-Sozialpädagoge. Er arbeitete seitdem in verschiedenen Funktionen (z.B. als Suchtberater, Sozialdienstmitarbeiter, Projektleiter, Qualitätsbeauftragter, Sachgebietskoordinator, Heimleiter) und in mehreren Bereichen der Sozialen Arbeit (z.B. Suchtkrankenhilfe, Altenhilfe, Psychiatrische Hilfe, Wohnungslosenhilfe). Im Jahr 2004 schloss er die sozialtherapeutische Zusatzausbildung "Ressourcenorientierte Arbeit mit mehrfachbeeinträchtigten abhängigen Menschen im regionalen Verbund" erfolgreich ab. Andreas Langosch ist der Begründer des Resource-Oriented Interviewing, einer besonderen Form der ressourcenorientierten Gesprächsführung, und des Achtsamkeitstrainings "Ausrichtung, Wahrnehmung, Atmung".
