Music, Graham: - Graham Music is an innovative psychotherapist, social entrepreneur trainer, author and thought leader . In his younger days his work included antique dealing, supporting the homeless and even house renovation. He is currently a Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist at the Tavistock Centre where he has worked for over 20 years, and has been adult Psychotherapist for over 30 years. Formerly Associate Clinical Director of the Tavistock Clinic's Child and Family Department, his passion and clinical experience has been in working with trauma, for the last few decades at the Portman Clinic and in the Tavistock's Fostering and Adoption and Kinship Care team. He has developed and managed a range of services working with the aftermath of child maltreatment and neglect and has prioritized community-based services for people who are often marginalized from mainstream clinic work, including developing services in over 40 schools. He supervises and teaches on a range of trainings in the UK and abroad, delivers many keynote talks at conferences, and often teaches internationally. He has a particular interest in trauma, neurobiology and attachment and linking cutting-edge developmental findings with therapeutic practice.
