Este es un libro dirigido a los aspirantes a la profesión de Bienes Raíces en Puerto Rico y otros países hispanosparlantes. Este es el primero de tres libros que he escrito sobre esta materia. Con este libro los estudiantes se capacitarán totalmente para poder aprobar el examen de Reválida requerido para obtener su licencia de Corredor y/o Vendedor de Bienes Raíces, para ejercer la profesión y poder trabajar en la banca comercial e industrial. Fui profesor de escuelas públicas, privadas y universidades en Puerto Rico y también fui director de escuelas y supervisor por espacio de 31 años. Ya retirado, estudié Bienes Raíces, obtuve la licencia y actualmente soy Corredor de Bienes Raíces y profesor de la materia. Al momento llevo 25 años como dedicado a esta profesión. En el 2003 fundé mi propia escuela, la cual está activa al presente y mantengo mi oficina de Bienes Raíces, combinando ambas profesiones. Este libro lo he escrito con mucho cariño para los nuevos estudiantes interesados en la profesión, aunque estén estudiando en la universidad, si ya aprobaron 60 créditos o más califican para tomar el curso. Si ya cursaron el cuarto año de escuela superior, también califican para tomar el curso de vendedor de Bienes Raíces. Ttambién lo escribí para que aquellos que ya están en la profesión y tienen experiencia, puedan refrescar sus conocimientos, pues el libro está al día sobre las actualizaciones.
