John Leslie is a lecturer in political science at Victoria University-Wellington, New Zealand and the university's representative on the executive board of the New Zealand European Union Centers Network. Elizabeth McLeay is a professor in comparative politics at Victoria University-Wellington, New Zealand. A former director of the Housing Corporation of New Zealand and deputy dean of the faculty of humanities and social sciences, she is the cofounder of the New Zealand Politics Research Group.
